The Whaling Bar & Grill
The Whaling Bar and Grill was part of the Hotel's post-WWII renovations. A feeling of an old-world seaside pub consumes the bar, with the décor consisting of deep red leather banquettes, unique harpoons, lanterns, ivory scrimshaw, and fishing murals.
A variety of items are provided in the lunch and dinner menu, including salads, entrees, and desserts, many prepared tableside. The house specialty drink is The Whaler, a creamy concoction whose ingredients are a closely guarded secret.
